ParentPay: the new school payment system

We now accept payments online for items such as schools trips and school uniform. Using a secure website called ParentPay, you can now pay online using your credit or debit card (preferably your debit card as credit cards incur a much higher cost to process).

We are hoping that everyone will benefit from this new facility. ParentPay is easy-to-use and you have the freedom to make payments whenever you want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you pay, an e-mail confirmation is sent to you, giving you the reassurance that the transaction has gone through.

We are starting with payments for school trips but will, in the near future, extend this service to cover payments for books, music lessons and possibly even uniform.

The more parents that decide to use ParentPay, the greater the benefit is to the school.  You can help us reduce workloads for all staff, creating more time to lend to educational support and the smooth running of the school.  It also ensures that all money transactions are safe and secure.

Getting started with ParentPay

  • Logon to http://www.parentpay.com/
  • Enter your username and password (as previously issued to you)
  • Go to 'information' and change your username and password to something that you can easily remember
  • Register your email address on the 'information' page so we can send you receipts and reminders
  • Select which item(s) you wish to pay for and follow the simple online instructions.

Be assured that ParentPay offers the highest security and no card details are stored on the system or are accessible by the school or ParentPay.  If you have any questions, please contact the school Finance Office.
