Year 7 Parents' Social Evening - Wednesday 6th October - 7.30pm
 
Please come and join us for a unique opportunity to meet your daughter’s tutor and other members of Year 7 staff and mingle with all the Year 7 parents in an informal friendly relaxed atmosphere. Finding someone to mind younger siblings can be difficult but lots of parents join us individually so please do come along. Drinks will be available from the bar at the back of the hall. Flyers will be sent to all Year 7 parents in September. 

Race Night - Saturday 16th October - 7.00-11.00pm

The AHSA will be hosting a new event - a Fun Race Night - in the main hall from 7.00pm until 11.00pm. Hot food will be served and there will be a licensed bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks throughout the evening. Please print off an application form from the 'Download Forms' section and return it completed to the school office as soon as possible to reserve your place.

Girls'Night Out - Friday 12th November - 7.30pm

 This is the ninth year that this popular event has been run and this year looks even better. Lots to do, lots to buy, lots of Christmas present ideas. Bring your friends, mums, aunties, grandmas and cousins! To obtain you tickets look out for the AHSA booking flyer or download one from the AHSA section on the school website www.ahsonline.co.uk

 Family Photographic Sessions - Saturday 13th November

Our ever popular pre-christmas photographic session will run for a third year. Booking flyers will be available in October from the AHSA section on the school website www.ahsonline.co.uk

Christmas Prize Draw - Friday 3rd December

Please support our fundraising efforts by buying or selling the Christmas raffle tickets that will be distributed via your daughters mid October. Your ticket stubs and monies need to be handed into the school office by Friday 26th November, the draw will take place on Friday 3rd December.

 

AHSA Annual General Meeting - Wednesday 10th November - 7.30pm
 
Please note that the AHSA Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 10th November. Coffee and chocolate biscuits will be provided, we hope that many of you will take the opportunity to attend and we look forward to welcoming you. A member of the committee will meet you in the school reception area.

Please note - The AHSA Committee endeavours to run events as planned and publicised to members. However there may be occasions when some are cancelled or have dates changed due to circumstances beyond the Committee's control or because of insufficient ticket sales (its up to parents to make sure that never happens!). Normally cheques in payment for tickets are not banked by the AHSA until the event is almost certain to go ahead in which case they will be returned if there is a cancellation. If any parent has bought tickets for an event but is then unable attend, please try and sell them on to other parents or friends before requesting a refund.
